I have send a very important document to turkey since 29/12/2020, by today 2/2/2020 and i have been in touch with them for three weeks asking them to follow up and so far no straight answer, thier tracking doesnt work correctly, they just hand in to other companies and dont even care after wards. AVOID at ALL COST

User's recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COST.

Beware- it is not an express courier

1st of all, if you do not know, AsiaXpress (AX) is a subsidiary of Pos Malaysia (PM). During this pandemic time, PM announced it cannot provide international delivery but its subsidiary, AX, can. Reason PM's incapability gave is due to Covid-19 situation, but then why AX can? beeeeecouse, you have to pay almost 3 times more. Caring "national service" right? The best part is.... this AX is just a "middle-man", the actual delivery was done by TNT Express. Beware also as changing hands between AX and TNT, when they messed up your delivery address and took almost a month to deliver your "express courier" and when you asked how could this happen, AX asked you to provide proof .... So, as a consumer in Malaysia, the choice is yours.

User's recommendation: Go straight to TNT Express.
